The company performs the communal activity of managing markets, which includes communal equipment, maintenance and organization of activities in indoor and outdoor areas, which are intended for the sale of agricultural, food and other products, as follows:

The company manages 30 markets and has 166.999,40 m2 of market space of which 8.489 m2 is under construction. The company also has about 4.594 stalls and 898 refrigerated display cases. The markets operating within the company are classified into four zones according to the location of exclusivity, namely: extra zone, first zone, second zone and third zone.
The Palilula market is the most modern market in the Balkans, and it has also become a cult gathering place. A modern and functional environment, a rich and diverse offer, many popular street food restaurants, and parking space have made this market a place not only for quality shopping, but also for having a good time.
The Open-air Shopping center Miljakovac -Beogradski buvljak has the character of a market for the retail sale of handicrafts, home-made products and industrial non-food products. Covering, lighting, modern market equipment, and parking space make it one of the most modern commodity markets in the region.
The Stari Mercator market is one of the important suppliers of the residents of the largest Belgrade municipality. In addition to a rich offer of agricultural products, the market has a flower plateau, a kind of promenade, one of the most beautiful garages in the city and a popular street food restaurant, which is why it is one of the most visited and most modern.
The Zeleni venac market is located in the extra zone, and covers an area of 12.490 m2. The market has the character of a cultural and historical monument and is under the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the City of Belgrade.
The Kalenic market is located in the city center, belongs to the first zone and covers an area of 10.435 m2. The market has the character of a Kalenić foundation and special approvals are required for its reconstruction.
TC Krnjaca, the largest city “flower market”, is located right next to Zrenjaninski put. Today, sellers exhibit seedlings, fresh flowers and decorations in the central amphitheater, shops and special frames on the market plateau.
